Tranport Phenomena
ENGR 3310
Fall 2008
This course introduces the basis physics and applications of the transport of heat, mass and momentum. Topics in fluid dynamics include fluid statics, fluid kinematics, conservation laws, dynamic similarity, and laminar and turbulent flows. Topics in heat transfer include conduction, internal and external convection, natural convection, two phase heat transfer, heat exchangers, and radiation.
