Semester Schedule: Introduction

The schedule in this course is intended to be somewhat flexible to accommodate the natural flow of projects, so expect some changes in due dates as we progress through the semester. Most of our class sessions will include open project and lab time -- you'll have to decide how to best spend your time. Some of our class sessions will be more structured, with discussions of readings, team presentations, and reflection time. Since the schedule is so flexible, we'll keep information right here on this page, and important dates and events will be added or changed as necessary.

End-of-term Deliverables

  • Presentation. Due 4 pm on Tuesday, May 5 (finals period). This is a 10-minute presentation/demo/interactive session aimed at teaching the class something interesting, exciting, or unexpected from your project. work. See the Project 3 Description for details.
  • Project 3 Deliverable. Due midnight on Tuesday, May 5. This is your self-defined project deliverable, e.g., a poster, report, web site, etc. See the Project 3 Description for details.
  • CATME Teaming Survey. Due midnight on Tuesday, May 5. On May 3, you should receive an email from the CATME system that provides instructions. You know the drill.
  • End-of-term reflection. Due midnight on Tuesday, May 5
